ST JOHN'S MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCE LINE

Seeking help can feel overwhelming, and you may not know where to turn. If you are not sure what would be best for you, St. John’s maintains a mental health resource telephone line, which is available to anyone, including those struggling with issues from substance abuse to family members concerned about a loved one. When calling or texting, you will be connected to a licensed mental health professional that will assist you in finding services in the community that can help support you or your family’s needs.

This service is available Monday–Friday from 8 am–4 pm. Messages left on the resource line will be returned within
